The certification body "Ukrainian Biological Certification Center" provides services for the certification of products, processes and services
The Certification Body for Products, Processes and Services “Ukrainian Biological Certification Center” (hereinafter referred to as “UBCS” or “CB”) carries out certification work on the conformity of products, processes and services in certain areas specified in the scope of accreditation:

The objects of certification are:
- production of veterinary drugs;
- measurement processes by measurement units.
UBCC evaluates products for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents, such as international or national standards, technical specifications containing product requirements and defined by the certification scheme.

QUALITY POLICY
The certification body for products, processes and services “Ukrainian Biological Certification Center” is a professional competent organization that operates in the field of certification of products, processes and services.
To ensure the proper quality, competence, impartiality and confidentiality of the certification body, we implement a quality management system.
The purpose of the quality policy of UBGS is to ensure that the certification of products, processes and services is carried out in accordance with the rules, procedures and provisions of regulatory documents, while demonstrating high professionalism, objectivity, impartiality, to achieve confidence of all stakeholders that certified products, processes and services meet the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents throughout the validity of the issued certificate.
The main principles of UBGS’s quality policy are aimed at implementing the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065, namely:
- impartiality;
- competence;
- responsibility;
- openness;
- confidentiality;
- responding to complaints and/or appeals.
Realizing the importance of adhering to the stated principles in the course of performing certification activities for products, processes and services, managing conflicts of interest, and guaranteeing the objectivity of decisions, the management of UBGS assumes the following obligations:
- ensure impartiality and objectivity in the course of certification activities;
- to ensure a high professional level of certification of products, processes and services by involving specialists with relevant experience in the field of technical regulation in the certification of products, processes and services;
- provide resources necessary for the organization of sustainable and stable operation of the OS, namely:
- competent staff;
- organizational structure and clear division of functions and powers between OS specialists;
- an updated fund of regulatory documents governing the requirements for products, processes and services set out in the areas of accreditation, as well as organizational and methodological documents for certification;
- documented procedures and forms (blanks) of documents required for certification work;
- technical resources, including the necessary equipment, premises and their engineering equipment;
- to facilitate the certification of products, processes and services in such a way as to ensure compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17065 and meet the requirements of customers;
- direct the activities of personnel in such a way as not to jeopardize the credibility of the certification results;
- take all measures to protect employees from any negative impact that may affect the quality of their work;
- facilitate timely detection of deviations from the management system and their prevention, as well as implementation of necessary actions to eliminate the identified inconsistencies;
- to ensure the preservation of commercial or professional secrets regarding the confidentiality of information obtained during the work (both by the CB employees and specialists of other organizations involved in certification);
- ensure security throughout the certification process, take corrective action if security breaches occur.
