During a friendly conversation with the staff of the Institute, the commander of the specified military formation, Mamulashvili Mamuka, told about the history of the formation of the unit, stressing that since 2014, the fighters of the Georgian Legion have been courageously defending our lands from russian invaders, giving their lives for the victory of Ukraine.
Mamuka himself from the age of 14, in the early 1990s, took up arms and, standing next to his father in the ranks of the defenders of Georgia, defended his land from the russian invasion.

During the meeting, an agreement was reached to conduct trainings on the basics of pre-medical care for the employees of the Institute by the specialists of the Georgian Legion educational and training center.

At the end of the meeting, the fighters of the Georgian National Legion signed and presented the flag of the unit to the SSCIBSM.
