During the lecture, he familiarized those present with the principle of nanopore sequencing developed by Oxford Nanopore Technologies, conducted training on the use of the appropriate equipment, provided protocols preparation of samples for research. The attendees also received information on the basics of bioinformatic analysis of nucleotide sequences.
