class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Blood for the examination of domestic animals must be collected by a veterinarian at least <strong>30 days<\/strong> after vaccination and no earlier than <strong>3 months<\/strong> before transporting the animal to the countries of the European Union (in accordance with Decision of the European Commission No. 576\/2013), for more information, please follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/dpss.gov.ua\/mizhnarodne-spivrobitnictv\/veterinariya-ta-bezpechnist\/vimogi-do-nekomercijnogo-peremishchennya-tvarin\"><strong>link<\/strong><\/a>. The volume of the collected blood should be at least \u2013 <strong>1,5-3,0 ml<\/strong> from the animal to obtain <strong>0,5-1,0 ml<\/strong> of plasma or serum after settling or centrifugation. Samples of whole blood, plasma or serum are accepted for the study. Blood sampling from the animal is carried out regardless of food intake.<\/p><p>The blood must be delivered within <strong>3 hours<\/strong> from the moment of its selection, provided it is transported in a thermal container with a cooler. If it is not possible to deliver blood within <strong>3 hours<\/strong>, it is necessary to obtain plasma or serum in a volume of at least <strong>0,5 ml<\/strong>. Plasma or serum must be delivered within <strong>2 days<\/strong>, provided that it is stored and transported at a temperature <strong>4 \u2013 8 \u00b0\u0421<\/strong>. If it is not possible to deliver within <strong>48 hours<\/strong>, the serum or plasma sample is frozen at a temperature of minus <strong>20 \u00b0\u0421<\/strong>.
